The Mountain Empire Amateur Radio Society aka "MEARS" is located in Marion and Abingdon, Virginia. We meet in Marion Virginia at 239 Autumn Lane (MEARS North) at the Interstate Campground, Exit 39 off I 81 and every other month at the Abingdon Hospital (2nd floor) (MEARS South). Abingdon, Virginia Exit 22 off I 81.
We meet the third Thursday each month at 7:00 PM. either location.
We are an existing club with quality growth moving forward in todays era.
