The NJ Public Health Amateur Radio Consortium exists for the pupose of overseeing the operation of the W2MCC repeaters located at various health care facilities in the central NJ area.  There are no meetings.  The repeaters were originally funded through a Hospital Preparedness Program grant under ASPR.  The repeaters operate in the 70cm band and are not linked.  A listing of the sites and frequencies can be found on the website.  The repeaters are considered open public repeaters and all are welcome to use except in times of emergency or disaster where they will be soley used to support and supplement the communications of health care facilities
